As an online transformation coach, I'm able to work with clients across many different time zones. Allowing me to hold space for you wherever you feel most at ease – in your office, on your couch, or on the road.

Everyone is unique and has different desired outcomes and a unique way of thinking and doing. After our initial consultation, an individual program tailored around the results you desire and the vision you can realistically expect after five or ten sessions.

For most clients, it begins with figuring out where they want to go next and then coming up with a detailed plan. From there, we then focus on making visible and consistent progress toward implementing that plan to create the future you would love.

I have a pragmatic approach to coaching based on the strategies and tools that have proven most effective in my life and those of my clients. These are all based on leading research in coaching, positive psychology, time management, leadership development, and many lived experiences.

I approach every situation with an open mind and a willingness to listen to different perspectives. I value honesty and transparency, and I strive to be genuine and authentic in all of my interactions. I am a strong advocate for truth and acceptance, and I believe that everyone should be able to be their true selves without fear of judgment or discrimination.
